About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in Home Care, you will deliver person-centred clinical nursing care to clients in their homes, working collaboratively to support their wellbeing, independence, and quality of life. This may include nursing assessments, medication management, wound care, chronic disease management, continence and catheter care, clinical monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with families, GPs, and allied health professionals.

About You
We are seeking Registered Nurses who are compassionate, clinically skilled, and community-minded, with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care in the home and community setting. You bring a professional, respectful approach to your work and value building meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Before You Apply
As part of this role, you will be required to hold or be willing to obtain the following qualifications and clearances.
· Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
· Working With Children Check
· National Police Check
· First Aid & CPR certification
· A valid driver’s license and comprehensive car insurance
· Required health or vaccination compliance in line with current regulations
